The word “ethics” etymologically is from the Greek word “ethos” which means “custom”. Ethics is defined as a science of good and bad. The modern ethics substitutes notions of good and bad to those of morality and immorality, values and anti-values. Ethics can also be defined as the part of human reflection which searches to determine the sense of human life, and means to come to this end. This definition is also applied to philosophy and ethical philosophy. Ethical life or morality is a requirement of humanity. Ethics is therefore the science of human moral actions either from an empirical, descriptive or critical foundation of the justification of these actions of a human being. In common language, “ethics” or “morality” has the same meaning but only
